Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Anh graduated with a BA in Social Psychology from the National University of Roxtov on Don, the former Soviet Union in 1986, and then an MA in Demography from the National Center for Development Studies, the Australian National University, Australia in 1992. Her work always focuses on gender, sexuality, sexual and reproductive health, stigma and discrimination related to HIV/AIDS, and child issues. In addition to interest in research, since 2010, she particularly interested in intervention fields on the topics what she has experienced early. And since 2011, Ms. Van Anh holds the position of Project Manager of Global Fund project-Component of VUSTA desployed by ISDS. Ms.Van Anh holds the position Deputy Director since 2013.
Name: Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao

Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao holds a BA in Information Technology granted by Hanoi University of Education. Thao has been working for ISDS since 2006 and currently working as the Head of Research and Training Dept of ISDS. In addition of data analist, she also participates in researches as a researcher. Her research interests include different issues of rural-urban migration, stigma and discrimination related to disabilities, gender and sexuality.

Mr.Vu Xuan Thai has 5 years of experience working for development projects about rights, health and gender. With his project management and training skills as well as his participation in compiling training materials, Mr.Thai is currently holding the position of Researcher, Training and Policy advocacy at ISDS.

Before joining ISDS, Huong spent 10 years in domestic and international organizations, doing jobs in community development fields. Currently, Huong coordinates the Global Fund project, implemented by ISDS in Can Tho, Vinh Long, Hai Duong, Vinh Phuc and Hanoi. Her experience in working with the community in combination with flexible communication skills have earned Huong remarkable achievements.

Bui Thi Ngoc graduated from the Department of English Language, Hanoi Open University and is now doing a second undergraduate degree in Social Work at Thang Long University. Ngoc spent six years in two international non-profit organizations working in community development in Vietnam. Currently, Ngoc works as a Global Project officer, in charge of Hai Duong province.

Name: Nguyen Huy Tien

Tien graduated from Hanoi School of Public Health in 2008 and then worked for an international non-governmental organization in Vietnam. During that time, Tien participated in many projects on HIV/AIDS implemented in the Northern high-land provinces. Currently, Tien is a Global Fund project officer, in charge of Vinh Phuc province and Hanoi.
