Toolkit: The Property Rights and Gender Training Toolkit for Community Volunteers for Gender Equality (CVGEA) - Vietnam Land Access for Women (LAW)

Print

In 2015, Institute  for Social Development Studies (ISDS) has introduced the toolkit called: The Property Rights and Gender Training Toolkit for Community Volunteers for Gender Equality (CVGEA)

The Property Rights and Gender Training Toolkit for Community Volunteers for Gender Equality (CVGEA) seeks to strengthen understanding of property rights – specifically those rights to land-- for women and for men as equal citizens. Because, in practice, women are often not treated as equal citizens, the materials highlight women’s rights throughout the manual so that participants are clear about what rights women have, how to communicate women’s rights, and the issues preventing women from having and exercising their rights, and get practice in addressing those issues.

The Toolkit has 5 Modules.

1. Rights and Gender in Vietnam  - Download

2. Land Law and Gender   - Download

3. Land Rights in Marriage & a Family   - Download

4.  Inheritance Law, Wills, and Women    - Download

5.  Monitoring Skills for the Community Volunteer for Gender Equality Advocacy [CVGEA])   - Download
