Project title: Strengthening Feminist Foundation in Viet Nam
Position: Venue and event services for 03-day training and seminar for 28-30 participants, on the topic of Feminist perspectives in social development areas in Viet Nam
Duration: 28th to 30th July 2022
Description of Supply/Service:
The trainings and seminar is organised in 03 days, from 28th to 30th July 2022 in Ha Noi, for a total of 28 participants (23 trainees, 3 trainers and 2 organizers), with 02 participants traveling from Ho Chi Minh city in the South.
- Training venue: Conference room capacity from 30 participants or larger, with projector, sound system, and microphones for 3 days from 28-30/07/2022
- Print 01 backdrop and hang in the venue (size 15m2 approximately)
- Accommodation for 02 partipants to stay for 3 nights: 27, 28, 29/07/2022
- 01 lunch and 02 teabreak a day for 28 participants from 28-30/07/2022
