Lê Văn QuânVan Quan graduated from Hanoi School of Public Health in 2009. From 2013 up to now, he has participated in the Global Fund project at the Institute for Social Development Studies (ISDS) as a project officer in charge of two areas of Vinh Phuc and Nam Dinh provinces. He is knowledgeable about the field of HIV/AIDS and has experience working with vulnerable communities (MSM, IDU, FSW), In working process, the CBOs under his management and support have always achieved well the goals and indicators committed to the project, Health partners in Vinh Phuc and Nam Dinh provinces always appreciate the cooperation between the parties in the working process. |
