Phạm Thị Minh TháiMinh Thai has been working at the Institute for Social Development Studies as a project officer for ISDS Sub Component PMU – Global Fund project supported HIV/AIDS. Taking responsibility in the project implementation in Hanoi city, she directly provides technical assistance and supports to community-based organizations (CBOs) as well as supervises HIV/AIDS-related prevention activities in the framework of the project for high-at-risks populations including MSM, TG, FSW, PWID, PWHIV. Thai graduated from Hanoi National University, Foreign language Department in 1991, finished Hanoi Teacher’s training University of Foreign languages (English Faculty) in 1994, and graduated from Foreign Trade University in 1998. She had worked for Vietnam International Construction Company (VIC), worked for VNGOs as a project officer, a coordinator in different projects/programs related to community development and HIV/AIDS prevention. She had taken part in various researches and assessments including pre-intervention and post-intervention, needs assessments. |
