Trần KiênDr Tran Kien is Deputy Director (research) at the Institute of Social Development Studies; a leading NGO, independent research institute in Vietnam. He is also a lecturer in laws at the School of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He earned both his PhD and Master degree at the University of Glasgow, Britain in 2015 and 2010 respectively. Prior to his postgraduate studies overseas, he had completed his first law degree at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (2007). |
