Dr. Tran Kieu NhuDr. Tran Kieu Nhu has been the Head of Research Division in Institute for Social Development Studies since June 2019. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy in 2002. She acquired her Master’s degree in International Course in Health Development at the VU University, the Netherlands in 2010 and her PhD study on child maltreatment at the Centre of Child and Family Studies at Leiden University, the Netherlands in 2017. She was awarded prestige grants such as: the Netherlands Fellowship Programmes, NIH (USA). Her scientific focuses are parenting, mental health, violence prevention and responses. She has 15 years working experience in international medical services, public health institutions, focusing on children protection, mental health for vulnerable populations. Having extensive experience coordinating with central level partners as well as communities in conducting research, interventions and improving health system as well as collaborating multiple-location projects, managing research and psychosocial interventions. |
